Learning Resources

As we continue to develop our website, the following pages should become an increasingly valuable resource for students of piano, parents of young students, and for anyone interested to explore the world of pianos and music study.  For the moment, however, its content is largely “under construction.”  We welcome suggestions of links, videos and documents to include.  These suggestions can be emailed to our webmaster.

Learning resources is divided into the following categories:

Learning the Piano, providing information to support the student’s education: practice tips, theory training, instructional videos, etc.

Parent Resources, to help inform parents about the process of musical education and what they can do to help their child succeed.

Information about finding a piano and about piano maintenance.

Frequently Asked Questions regarding the process of music education, piano lessons, and instruction.
